Introduction
By enrolling in the 3C Community Clinic SMS TCR Campaign (“Program”), you agree to receive text messages from our clinic regarding appointment reminders, health updates, treatment instructions, and other care-related communications.
Participation in this Program is voluntary and does not affect your eligibility for treatment or services provided by 3C Community Clinic.

- Purpose: The Program is designed to send care-related notifications such as appointment reminders, prescription refill alerts, health tips, and other updates related to your care at 3C Community Clinic.

- Content Limitations: To protect your privacy, messages will include only the minimum necessary information. For detailed or sensitive information, we may direct you to our secure patient portal or advise you to contact our office directly.

- Opt-Out: You may opt out of the Program at any time by texting “STOP”. Upon receiving “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

- 3C Community Clinic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from your participation in the Program or from any delays or failures in message delivery.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in the State of California.
Modifications
